COMAR Group is a holding company, partner, shareholder and joint of huge and foreign companies in Europe which I did my mission as Area Sales & Marketing Manager for affiliated companies:


1. Ansaldo Energia S.p.A
At the beginning I 'v started with ANSALDO Energia in Iran for 32 Gas Turbine (G/T94.2) Project in Iran by Ansaldo Energia S.p.A for MAPNA as a contractor of IPDC. Mission was expediting for Construction for Unit and Step up Transformers (254 kV and 400kV) by Iran Transfo/Iranian Company (under SIEMENS license) in ZANJAN, which was doing local manufacturing of Transformers under supervision of Ansaldo Energia and ABB.

After finishing of project for 32 GTG and start of other projects like 3000 MW, South Isfahan power plants, I expanded my activity for Supply of Parts in/after Operation and Maintenance (O&M) like Blades, Auxiliary, Combustion Chamber, Electrical & mechanical parts… for preview Power Plants and Gas Turbines (V94.2) in KERMAN, KAZEROON, and DAMAVAND Power Plants.
In addition … also for types of F-5,F-6, F-9 of GE in IRAN Power Plants. In this regard, we established a new company for O&M and supply of Spare Parts belong to COMAR Group as ACES (Authorized Company for Energy services).

My capability in power section is:

• Source finding for Purchasing of components and packages e.g: Gas Turbine, Generator, HRSG, Boilers.
• Marketing & business Development in Power Sector


2. SIDEM
SIDEM/COMAR jointly and severally started new job in Iran (2001) for MOBIN Complex Utility in ASSALOUYEH. The biggest Desalination and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Iran – 5 Unit, each one @ 8000 m^3/day, which at the beginning I was Electrical Eng in this project and after my promotion I started business developing and marketing for SIDEM in Iran and participation of international bids like:

• South Pars 9,10 Project with OIEC Company as EPC Contractor
• SIRRI Island NGL- OIEC as EPC Contractor
• KHARG Methanol II- NPC,PIDM CO as EPC Contractor
• OMAN Cogeneration with participation of Entropie (affiliated company of VEOLIA Group in France & sister company of SIDEM) for HIRBODAN as EPC Contractor
• KHARG Utility project /FARB-PENDER as EPC Contractor


3. SICES S.p.A
I promoted SICES company when I was in COMAR and we got an order from PEDCO for SALMAN Gas Compressor Station in SIRRI as an EPC project for SLUG CATCHER 100-x-101 jointly SICES – COMAR and in future we participated for bids:

• 1x40t/hr Boilers in SIRRI GAS Gathering & NGL
• 3x170 t/hr Boilers for South Pars 9,10- OIEC
• 1x40 t/hr Package Boiler for ILAM – FARAB
• 7x Aux Boiler 50t/hr for BAHTAR Project- HIRBODAN
• Heavy wall thickness Boilers for PEDCO-Technip


4. SIDECO S.p.A
Since 25 years SIDECO is well known company in IRAN as supplier of Piping Materials for mother companies & their project. COMAR is 50% share holder of SIDECO in Italy. From beginning of my job in COMAR I was fully involve with SIDECO as area sales and marketing manager in IRAN. Some of my approach to clients was:
