MECHANICAL INSPECTOR
» Conduct inspection on packer plate elevation of towers, drums, exchangers, pumps and others prior to erection.
» Center alignment check, levelness, elevation and orientation check of towers, exchangers drums, pumps and others prior to base grouting.
» Plumbness and orientation check of vertical vessel prior to bolt torquing.
» Endorsement of vessel, unit and others which are subject for base grouting and also the type of grout to be used.
» Witness bolt torquing and torque value required application before fire proofing was done.
» Endorsement of grout sample for laboratory testing and evaluate result.
» Inspection and reporting of initial “stress free” and final “pipe stress” coupling alignment for client acceptance.
» Monitoring of demolition, rehabilitation and relocation item for the modification.
» Endorse and witness Non Destructive Test application and followed work procedure accordingly.
» Conduct inspection of modification requirement visual, dimensional and other testing of new and existing installation.
