1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory] |
My unique mix of pervious work development and experience during my university years and my status as a graduate from The Technical University of Crete in Greece (Mineral Resources Engineering).with a 2.1 grade in Drilling and Reservoir engineering (5 years studies), make me an ideal candidate as a Gradu-ate with 7.5 out of 10.
I have always been interested in different aspects of engineering from my early years in high school prompting me to pursue a vocational route in drilling and reservoir. I am extremely interested in all as-pects of engineering such as drilling, fluids, reservoir, managed pressure drilling techniques and I am keen participate within a multi-disciplined team working on varied drilling projects.
Ideally, I would like to achieve this through task related to drilling engineering in operational and Herschel Buckley fluids in various projects. All the relevant skills necessary for a graduate in the drilling and reservoir position have been acquired through my degree and previous employment. During my stud-ies I had a six months placement with The Robert Gordon University within the Engineering department based in Aberdeen. As a researcher where I was responsible to develop a hydraulic pressure model for drilling operations with focus on managed pressure drilling techniques and casing drilling.
Whether in the home or work environment, I find motivation through achievement of any given task. Job satisfaction and fulfilment being the core part of my motivation. I enjoy investigating and learning some-thing new and find excitement through the ability of personal accomplishment. I am an ambitious individual and enjoy the challenge of achieving any targeted task within a company.
