Senior Field Coordinator
▪ Communicates daily with all Lcm consultants both from the desert fields and overseas (thru telephone and e-mail)
▪ Prepares business communications concerning the Coordination Department
▪ Responsible for preparing the Visa Daily Report (VDR)
▪ Initial processing of visa application and obtaining all required consultants personal details information
▪ Prepares general mobilization arrangements and itinerary for consultants from country of origin to Libya (and vice versa) This includes the arrangement of necessary documents required by the Libyan embassy abroad
▪ Establishes contact with travel agencies abroad and monitors the stamping of the visa on each consultant’s passport as well as the dispatching/movement of the passports around the world
▪ Establishes contact with Libyan embassies/consulates abroad for the verification of visa invitations
▪ Prepares travel manifests of consultants leaving for their respective destinations (desert fields/offshore)
▪ Coordinates with the travel coordinator regarding the rotational schedule and travel dates of all Lcm consultants
▪ Organization of accommodation for consultants upon arrival in Tripoli
▪ In charge of requesting Libyan driver’s licences for all consultants and office staff
▪ Responsible for maintaining regular contact with consultants to confirm travel, accommodation arrangements, leave schedules and other general queries (in partnership with the travel coordinator)
▪ Maintains contact with field supervisors in the desert/offshore regarding personnel movement
▪ Coordination and management of Lcm drivers and vehicles taking consultants to and from airport and desert fields
▪ Receipt, management and coordination of consultants’ monthly timesheets from the field and coordinates timesheets of all Coordination department personnel before submission
▪ Maintains and updates immigration files of consultants and staff alike i.e. passport copies, personal details, medical examination results, and diplomas/training certificates
▪ Relieves the Coordination Manager of his duties when on holiday and performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the office
