With my background in Dynamic and Static structure Installations, Spool Piece installation/tie- ins, Umbilical installations, PLEMs and PLETs installation, Manifolds, Jumpers, ROV Operations, IMCA/ADCI Saturation Diving, Underwater Inspection, Hazid/Risk Assessment and SIMOP operations, Pre Job Planning and HSE applications and DP vessel operations .

Company Representative, Helix Energy Solutions Group. DPDSV “Eclipse”, Reliance Dhirubhai Development Project. Vishakhapatnam, India

To direct and monitor the Contractors on site Diving & ROV Inspection, Maintenance and Remedial underwater activities during the installation of 15 20” spool pieces and 4 umbilical’s on the KG-D6 for Reliance Industries (RIL). Ensuring that all safely was executed in accordance with the agreed procedures. To monitor and ensure that the agreed scope of work is completed in order to maintain the technical integrity of the Company Assets. To promote, enforce, audit and maintain underwater equipment and personnel standards both within all participating companies and within contractor organizations as they pertain to diving and ROV operational standards promulgated by Helix Energy Group of companies (Diving Centre of Excellence) and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).

Company Representative, Chevron North America Upstream Division “Tahiti Project” GOM. Present, Vessel Boa Deep “C” DP III

To assist in the diving and ROV operations planning phase for the stud replacements on the Tahiti spar. Assist in writing of procedures for the diving phase along with the Hazid/Risk Assessments and any MOC’s that where implemented on the DSV Boa Deep “C”. I worked closely with the sub contractors in the HAZID and SIMOPs planning along with the mock up of all tools that where to be used during the project. Offshore I was tasked with overseeing that all planning and procedure were followed by all of the contractor’s during the diving construction phase from the BOA Deep “C”. During which time I worked closely with the diving superintendents and company representatives from Acker Marine and Legacy Diving and also the chevron engineering team to ensure that all dive planning and procedures where being followed.

HSE Representative/Diving Inspector, Chevron North America Exploration “TAHITI Project”. 02/07- 06/08, Vessel- Heerema “Balder”
Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel. I conducted daily safety inspections/assessments on-site and in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members. Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor management toward achieving an incidence and injury-free work place.
Conduct Incident root cause analysis on all significant near misses and advise site team of any. Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards. Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations/follow-up. Support implementation of safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety site safety representatives/management. Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area/system responsibilities. Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management.
Observe all diving and ROV activities during the installation of all 12 pins (42”x14’) and all 6 bell strakes. Work with the engineers during the stud installation and tensioning phase of the strakes installation aboard the Heerema “Balder”.
SIMOPS/SAFETY Manager; Anadarko Petroleum Company, Independence HUB. GOM

As Simops/Safety Manager I was responsible for all Simops and Safety issue aboard the World record holder natural gas platform (LNG) The ANADARKO INDEPENDENCE HUB in 8,000 FSW during the commissioning phase. I was responsible for preparing SIMOPS and Safety reports which I presented in formal meeting twice a day to all Anadarko and contract personnel. These reports informed all personnel of activities and potential hazards being conducted on the HUB. I also review all work permits issued to contractors and conducted all worksite audits during the daily activities to ensure that all Anadarko safety policies and procedure where being followed during the commissioning phase of the HUB. This was a 1 yr. contract for the commissioning phase.

HMC Company Representative; Heerema Marine Contractors, DCV Thialf. GOM 06/07- 07/07 This was 30 day contract
Responsibilities included the overseeing of all Diving and ROV procedures and installations sequences of all subsea operations during the Neptune TLP Hull installation for BHP billition in Green Canyon 617 in the GOM.

Dive and Deck HSE Safety Coordinator; Sampson Oil Company, GOM 01/07- 03/07 This was a 90 day contract
To advise on all HSE and OSHA saturation diving and ROV (Global Ind.) and deck operations safety issues aboard the Rem Commander 275’ DPII while salvaging a platform in GOM.

Company Representative; Horizon Offshore, Del Carmen, Mexico 11/06-1/07 This was a 45 day contract
Observe and advise on all saturation and surface diving operations aboard the “LONSTAR” barge. While Divas Diving installed 16, 24” Riser clamps along with the risers in the GOM. 260’ FSW. This was a 45 day contract.

Company Representative Williams and Dominion, GOM 10/06- 11/06 This was a 28 day contract
Over see the recovery of an Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP) in Green Canyon 338 at the Front Runner Truss Spar in 3300 FSW
and also in Mississippi Canyon 773 at the Devils Tower facility in 5,610 FSW. This was a 28 day contract

Company Representative Shell Pipeline Company, GOM 07/06-08/06 This was a thirty 30 day contract with Shell
Over see the anchor laying activities of Devon Energy Production Company while they (Devon) was operating within 1500’ of a Shell pipeline in Eugene Island 330 and South Marsh Island 128 in the GOM aboard the Manson “WOTAN” barge. .

Cal-Dive International, New Iberia, La Jan 05 – Jan 06
tasked with recruiting personnel for diving operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare and present presentations to potential new hires. Meet with and schedule travel for new hires traveling to and from the Gulf of Mexico. Travel to different locations in the U. S. to give presentations on CDI Operating Philosophy and HSE procedures to the U. S. Navy and international personnel.

Platform inspection Level 2, of conductor bays and VD’s and HD’s due to hurricane damage. Grit blasting and burning of HD’s for further welding repair to be done at a later date.
SAT Diver – Crossman 14, Mississippi Canyon 20
Supervisor of deck operation and standby sat diver. 26” flange replacement along with new spool piece installed.
Surface Diver – Horn Mountain, Mississippi Canyon, BP
Set up saturation system for diving operations.
Surface Diver – Ocean Quest, Eugene Island 331, Houston Exploration
Level two inspection and set new anodes and conductor bay inspections.
Surface Diver – Thunder horse, BP, Mississippi Canyon,
Set up rigging for transfers for water injection flexible riser installation on PDQ pontoon from Deep Blue vessel. Installation of Sub sea cameras on south pontoon. Cleaned the R-15 basket of all thermally sprayed aluminum coating.
Gas Diver – Ocean Project, Mississippi Canyon
Locate 12” pipe on bottom and inspect for damage - total often 180’ gas dives.
Gas Diver – Ocean Project, South Pass
Level three inspections on platform. Inspected all VD’s and HD’s for hurricane damage.
Superior Diving, Belle Chasse, LA 2003 - 2004
SAT Diver – Main Pass, El Paso
Repaired and installed flanges on a 26’’ gas line at 350’ depth. Work was done from the DSV Mansal 18.
Gas Diver – High Island 345, Ensco
Repair wellhead and tested umbilical for damage; 240’ depth.
Surface Diver – Gulf Diver III, Main Pass 61
Installed clamps, risers and tube turns. Located and repaired pipelines. Work was done from the Gulf Diver 3

Platform removal in East and West Cameron. Worked from the D85 derrick barge with Diamond Services at 200’ depth.

Platform abandonment in West Cameron, Gulf of Mexico, worked in 150’ fsw for Diamond Services. Removed several multi-leg platforms, tube turns and debris.

Cut ten 64” caissons on the Warren, Pennsylvania Bridge Project. Project was completed in five days rather than 10 days planned for the project.

Installed 17 spool pieces used the BIG INCH cold forge flange tool on the 32”gas pipe. Used drop cut saw to cut pipe to make way for cold forge flange. Used hydraulic hydra-tights to remove nuts on flanges, Installed metrological tables to take measurements to fit new flanges. Did prep work changing valves and splash zoning. Project was done in 120’ to 180’ fsw.

Worked on cable retrieval project, locating the cable for removal and repair. Also removed sub floor mats. Project was done from an Italian DP vessel. Also worked on FDR Highway construction project. Burning 54” caissons and assembled 90 mil chains on anchor system in the east river.

Task included Decompression chamber operations; Diving spread mobilization and demobilization for jobs. Operations and maintenance of all diesel and hydraulic machinery aboard vessel’s that I had been assigned to 4 point anchor, DP, DSV. Diving consisted of jetting, water blasting with 20,000 psi. Platform inspection, cutting of tube turns, flange work and yes did I say jetting.
