I have 35 years in the oil and gas drilling industry of which the last 11 years have been in the capacity of a Consultant Drilling Supervisor. The companies that I have consulted and worked for are as follows:

• As a Drilling Supervisor for Exxon in the Santa Barbara Channel, Chevron in Nigeria and Triton in the Bay of Campeche and for Exxon, Chevron, Samedan, Pogo, McMoRan Oil & Gas & Newfield Exploration in the Gulf of Mexico, South Texas and East Texas.
• Directional Driller for Baker Hughes Inteq
• Tour pusher for Helmerich & Payne for British Petroleum in Colombia S.A. in the Cupiagua & Casanara fields.
• Driller on jackup rigs for Global Marine Drilling Co. for 10 years in the Gulf of Mexico
• Driller for Helmerich and Payne from Silas, Alabama to Athens, Texas

Crescent Drilling Foreman, Inc. 10/2008 to 02/2009
• Drilling Supervisor for Newfield Exploration Company:
 Sante Fe Ranch #203 on the Rowan 62 land rig in South Texas. High Temperature and High Pressure well.
 McSwain #1H on the Rowan 51 land rig located in East Texas. Horizontal well.
 Ship Shoal 290 #1, aboard the Rowan Louisiana. High angle, >50°, and Mud weight >16 lbs.
o Responsibilities Included:
 Orientation of all personnel, from implementation of all company safety policies to storage and use of their proper PPE.
 Adherence to all government regulations along with the proper documentation.
 Handling logistics for inbound and outbound equipment, personnel and material to the well site.
 Implementation of all procedures according to the well plan. Such as, directional drilling, drilling fluid, mud logging, casing running and cementing while staying at or below AFE.
 Compiling the proper morning reports for operator, NPDES tests and directional surveys.

F. J. Brown & Associates 08/2002 to 10/2008
• Drilling Supervisor for McMoRan Oil & Gas, on the Hercules 55 in South Marsh Island, S/L 340 #6 drilled to 19,000’ with 18.6 ppg diesel based drilling fluid and S/L 340 #7 at 16,800’ with 18.1 ppg diesel based drilling fluid.
• Drilling Supervisor for Seneca Resources aboard the Noble Joe Alford, in High Island Block 23, S/L N2 SW4 #1 with 16.6 ppg diesel based drilling fluid. Complete with Zinc Bromide.
• Drilling Supervisor for Chevron Nigeria aboard the Noble Roy Butler.
• Drilling Supervisor for McMoRan Oil & Gas on the Parker 72B at S/L 18090 #2, Long Point Prospect. Drilled to 20,603’ MD with 18.6 ppg diesel drilling fluid. Completed with 13.5 ppg CaBr2. Perforated with TCP guns and flow tested well. Final SITP of 14,200 psi. Tested at 40 MCCFD.
• Drilling Supervisor for McMoRan Oil & Gas on the Parker 72B at S/L 18090 #1, Long Point Prospect. Drilled to 20,000’ MD with 18.6 ppg diesel drilling fluid. Completed with 18.3 ppg ZnBr2, ran 3 ½” 12.70# 13Chrome-125 VAMTOP R2 tubing, tested to 15,000 psi, tested well with final SITP of 14,185 psi. Finished well $7,000,000 below AFE and 39 days ahead of drilling curve.
• Drilling Supervisor for McMoRan Oil & Gas on the Rowan Middletown at Eugene Island 193, C #2, Deep Tern Prospect. Drilled to 22,000’ with oil based mud, zero discharge, expandable liners, high temperatures and high gas pressures.
• Drilling Supervisor for Manti Exploration on the Parker 14J, 15J and Transocean 57 “inland barge”. Drilled wells to +/-9,000’ and completed same at Chandeleur Sound Block 28 and 35, and Lake Borgne. Drilled with water based mud at zero discharge. Also drilled at the Naval Base, Stella Dome Field, in Belle Chase, LA to +/-11,000’.

o Responsibilities Included:
 Orientation of all personnel, from implementation of all company safety policies to storage and use of their proper PPE.
 Handling logistics for inbound and outbound equipment, personnel and material to the well site.
 Implementation of all procedures according to the well plan. Such as, directional drilling, drilling fluid, mud logging, casing running and cementing while staying at or below AFE.
 Adherence to all government regulations along with the proper documentation.
 Compiling the proper morning reports for operator, NPDES tests and directional surveys.

Pinnacle Petroleum Consultants 04/1998 to 07/2002
• Consultant & Drilling Foreman for Exxon Mobil Development Corp. on the H&P 107 (Platform Rig) at Mississippi Canyon 311 and the Harmony, Hondo and Heritage Platform in the Santa Barbara Channel.
• Drilling Foreman for Chevron USA at South Timbalier Block 130 aboard the Charles Rowan. Drilling, re-entries, completion and workovers.
• Drilling Foreman for ADTI. Gulf of Mexico Region.
o Responsibilities Included:
 Orientation of all personnel, from implementation of all company safety policies to storage and use of their proper PPE.
 Handling logistics for inbound and outbound equipment, personnel and material to the well site.
