• As QC Supervisor. Self was responsible for the formation of welding procedures related to the project. Also very actively involving in the formation of Quality Control Procedures, Method statements, and I.T.P’s.
• Assign and the guide the QC Welding in fabrication and erection fields as required by the project.
• Conduct Quality related tool box meetings, involving inspectors, welders, and construction staff and discuss the various technical and quality related problems encountered and their solutions.

• Issuance of NCR, proper follow-up & closing activities.

• Study technical specification of the project reflecting welding and piping requirements, drawings, and provide necessary recommendation to concerned departments.
• Verify and ensure that the entire daily welding reports (D.W.R), NDT reports, PWHT hardness, PMI reports are documented and records maintained.
• Monitor NDT, PWHT, HT requirements as per service conditions and material specifications.
• Maintain updated records of NDT performed as per the percentage requirements, and record welders performance based on NDT result.
• Responsible for the inspection of all welding works in the project covering pressure piping, structural steel in accordance with approved WPS/PQR and applicable industry codes practice i.e, ASME, ASTM, AWS, D1.1, API approved QCP and ITP and welding standards / requirements.
• Inspection and erection of Piping system as per as approved isometric drawings.
• Controlling the welding joints according to Isometric Drawings and checking diameter, thickness, Drawing number, Class in welding progress report.
• Reviewing the PWHT charts cooling rate, heating rate, soaking period according to specification and approving the charts.
• Reviewing the hardness report according to specification and approving it.
• Preparation of welding summary reports, and completion of relevant documents as a package.
