>Executed cost effective solutions for spares for the 1st time in the history of FLSmidth

>Base plate with a stress relieved weld joint for the main gearbox of VRM mill
>Start-up of 1st engineering outsourcing centers for FLSmidth, Denmark in February 1999. I had led the Indian team which assisted Material Handling Division of FLSmidth, Denmark in standardizing machines.
>Start-up of 1st engineering outsourcing centers for Fuller, USA in March 1996. I had led the Indian team in optimizing 3 vertical roller mills - FRM 16, FRM 19 & FRM 42.

Demonstrated professional judgment in many on-site trouble shooting assignments –
>In-situ design correction for bearing ventilation to the Grinding Rollers of OK 33.4 of at Madras Cement in 1997, during commissioning. This is the first vertical roller mill for cement in India. I was the 1st to work with Kobe Steel - Japan in commissioning this 1st vertical mill.
>Operated the above mentioned mill with 2 opposite rollers in 1998 (1st OK mill from FLSmidth) and thereby helped customer in maintaining the cement supply. It took more than 72 hours to dismantle the damaged Grinding Roller.
>In-situ design correction to the journal bearings of 80 TPH cement ball mill pinion drive at Gujarat Ambuja Cement, Kodinar (now owned by Holcim).
>In-situ design correction to reduce vibration of the separator of vertical roller mill LM46.465 at Himachal unit of Gujarat Ambuja Cement.
>Pre-loading of Fuller’s LM 36.4 Grinding Roller Bearings at Satna Cement and LM 50.4 Grinding Roller Bearings at TISCO Cement, now owned by Lafarge.
>Installation of LM 36.4 and LM 21.2 at Hira Cement
>Installation of 80 TPH cement ball mill at Gujarat Ambuja Cement, Ropar.


>45 hours of training on Primavera 3.1, under practicing project consultant – June 2006.
>2 days for Situational Leadership® by Center for Leadership Studies, USA. It was conducted by certified trainers in Chennai, India – 31/10/07 & 01/11/07
