Schedules include Engineering Drawing Releases, Procurement of all Materials including Long Lead Items, Construction, Milestones, Cash Flow and Resource Histograms. Develop Bills of Materials, Purchase Materials and Maintain Inventory Control. Develop Manpower Loading requirements and Staff Craft levels accordingly. Develop detailed Workorders for each craft with Budget Hour Allowances. Track Performance at Craft level. Track Actual Cost versus Estimated Cost for both Materials and Labor. Develop and Maintain Master Schedules on all Projects from Specifications, Engineering Drawings and Contractual Documents, Develop Bills of Materials, Purchase Materials and Maintain Inventory Control System, Develop Detailed Workorders for each Craft with Budget Hours. Initially started out at Moss Point Marine as Project Controls Manager. Introduced Computer Scheduling i.e. Primavera P3. Developed Master Schedules for 35 Landing Craft Utility Vessels along with various other Projects including Tugboats, Barges, Ferrys, Logistic Support Vessels, etc.. Defined Departmental Crafts and Operations for Shipyard. Distributed Estimate Budget Manhours to Crafts and Operations through detailed Work Order System. Updated Master Schedules on a weekly basis. Measured Performance at Job and Craft levels on a weekly basis by statusing work accomplished on each workorder through releasing percent complete Budget Hours measured against Actual Hours accumulated through timekeeping system.
Promoted to Corporate Project Controls Manager for Seven Shipyards located in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Successfully Introduced and implemented same systems used at Moss Point Marine to all Seven Shipyards.
Halter Marine bought up five of the seven Shipyards. I remained in the same capacity with Halter Marine. Additional Projects included New Construction of Semi-Submersible Drilling Rigs along with the continued building of a numerous array of Marine vessels.
Friede Goldman bought up Halter Marine. I remained in the same capacity with Friede Goldman. Additional Projects included New Construction, Retrofits and Upgrades of Semi-Submersible, Jack-up and other Offshore Drilling Rigs.

Develop Detailed Workorders for Each Craft including Operations required and Budget Hours Allotted, Status Workorders on a Weekly basis to Determine Performance (Budget vs. Actual), Develop Manpower Requirements. Maintain Variance Reporting System. Chair Weekly Production Meeting to Review Projects Status and Action Items Required.
