Responsibilities & Nature of Work
Prepare, approve and witnessing the Hydro test/Pneumatic test of pipelines.
Final test package review and submittal to the client.
Coordination and review of NDT ,PWHT and PMI including RT interpretation.
Involved in all kind of Reinstatement activities and Punch list closing.
Line checking and Punch list preparation and clearing from punch points.
Identifying the Requirement of Various WPSs, Review Suppliers and Documents (WPSs, NDE, Hydrostatic, PWHT, etc.).
Assign activities to different personnel according to their skill and experience.
Conduct Reviews, Audits, Surveillance Inspections and Report Results.
Ensure the Availability of Welders Qualified for Different Ranges to Ensure to Meet the Project Requirement at Any Point of Time.
Monitor Repair Rate and Continuity of Welders, and take necessary actions in time.
Attend and Participates in Meeting, Conference, and Training.
Preparation Quality Observation Reports to bring potential non-conformances into Management notice and take corrective measures
Witnessing Procedure Qualification Tests and Welder Qualification Tests
Welder Training on Special Scenarios such as Welding of Instruments, Control Valves
Inspection of FRP lines as per client requirements.
