Project”. The project involved the installation of 78 miles of spiral seamed 30” X-70 from India and 85 miles of 24”
X-70, with (11) 24” and (8) 30” Block Valves, (8) 24” and (4) 30” Launchers/Receivers and (2) major river crossings
(South Platte River). Managed and coordinated (12) Welding Inspectors, (42) Union Welders “798” and (12) X-Ray
personal. Audited and maintained X-Ray film to DOT specs. Maintained and cataloged all Welding and X-Ray
documentation. Found in 100% compliant to (3) DOT audits including final operational audit.
Anadarko Petroleum Corp (Mid-Stream) Douglas, Wyoming 02-2008 to 06-2008
Scope: Chief Inspector, for the Fort Union Gas Gathering (FUGG) 62 mile 24” X-70 loop line from Wright,
WY to Douglas, WY. Managed and coordinated up to 22 Pipeline Inspectors, 4 X-Ray Crews and 4 Survey
Crews during construction and commissioning of the 62 mile mainline project by JOMAX Construction. Also
oversaw Installation of Pig Launcher, Slug Catcher and related piping and valves by separate contractor at
Medicine Bow Processing Plant tie-in point in Douglas Wyoming. Duties included staffing and placement of
Inspectors, X-Ray Technicians and Survey Personnel during the project. Worked and coordinated with FUGG
Operations during critical stages of construction, testing and commissioning. Responsible for tracking ML
production and Milestone Items as well as producing, reviewing and compiling inspection reports and
documentation and their electronic transfer to Anadarko Management. Compiled and organized all Turn-Over
documentation for Anadarko covering, among other items, HDD Bores with profiles, Hydro Testing, Anomaly
(Caliper) Pigging, Dry and Clean Pigging and final purging and commissioning of the pipeline.

Scope: Project Consultant / Asst. Chief Inspector, call-back, on Anadarko’s Dry Willow C.B.N. field near
Wright, WY. 246 miles HDPE piping was used to gather and deliver the Methane from 238 C.B.M. wells and
construct the “Dry Willow Compression Station”. Duties included Inspecting, monitoring and reporting all
construction activities on the 100 square mile POD. Tracking and reporting progress, and insuring ROW limitations
were followed (100% BLM compliant). Safety duties included, issuing entry permits, monitoring excavations and
insuring protocols were followed in accordance with Anadarko and OSHA guidelines.
Questar Pipeline Co. (Transmission) Roosevelt - Price, Utah 04/07 to 08-2007
Scope: Lead Inspector / Welding Inspector on Questar’s “SSXP II” 60 mile 24” pipeline Project. Lead
Inspector for the 6 miles of pipe that went down into and through “Nine Mile Canyon”, A National Historic Site under
the jurisdiction of the BLM, and State of Utah, whom I worked closely with. With 4 Inspectors under my
supervision, all inspection and testing was performed in accordance to FERC and DOT requirements, O.Q.
certified. Moved to the “Hill Crew” as lead inspector for the 6 hills along the pipeline route that ranged in vertical
drops of 1,000 ft to 3,000 ft with inclines up to 63*. Duties included ROW, Welding, X-ray, Coating, Jeeping,
Lowering in, Padding, Backfilling and finally Clean-up Inspections and CAD Welding of test leads to pipe.
Anadarko Petroleum Corp (Up-Stream) Gillette, Wyoming 10/06 to 03-2007
Scope: Project Consultant / Lead Inspector on Anadarko’s Coal Bed Methane (C.B.M.) gathering
system near Gillette, WY. Duties included acquisition of materials, facilitating work access, BLM, scheduling,
routing and milestone payments as well as Inspection of all activities on numerous HDPE pipeline crews. I Worked
closely with the BLM, and Land Owners on ROW and with BLM on endangered species (STIPS) concerning the
local raptor, Bald Eagle and Golden Eagle, population. Set an Anadarko record by installing 180,000 Lf of HDPE
pipe, ranging from 4” to 20”, in 25 days while doing so in sever winter conditions (February).

Scope: Project Consultant / Lead Inspector / QA/QC Auditor on numerous power plant outage projects
throughout the US. The majority of my duties included quality management and inspections, NDE supervision &
