Experience in Production Department:
Manufacturing of High Pressure and Industrial Boiler Components (Pressure Parts) such as Water Walls,
Super Heaters, Economizers, Re-heaters,etc and Heat Exchangers Pressure Vessels.

Nature of work:
Material Preparation, Pipe Bending, Panels Assembling, Hydro Testing, Painting and
Dispatching to Shipping Department. Attending Complaint- work during Erection of Boiler Components
at Sites (All over India).

Experience in Quality Control:
Procurement: - Raw Material Inspection on Plates, Sheets, Pipes and Tubes, Fittings,
Forgings, Castings etc (Imported and Indigenous items). Verification of Raw Material
Test Certificates ( International Standards, Codes to the Statuary Requirements )
Getting Third Party Clearance from Boiler Inspectors, NTPC, LLOYDS,EIL,
TATA Consulting Engineers

Nuclear Steam Generators, High Pressure Boilers Pressure Parts : Stage inspection,
Welding visual inspection, Assembly dimensional check, Heat Treatment, Hydro Testing,
Helium Leak Test, Alignment Test using Optical Alignment Telescope, Despatch / Shipping etc.

Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels : Welding inspection, Assembling Tube Bundle,
Tube to Tube Sheet Expansion, Tube end welding. Minimum Leak-Path Test, Hydrostatic Test,
Heat treatment Chart Verification, etc.

Ancillary Development Industries: - Structural Fabrications like Columns, Ceiling - Girders,
Ducts etc. Machining Components. Valves Components and Oil Field Equipments.

Experience in Thermal Power Stations:
Shut down Boilers Maintenance Work
Remaining Lifetime assessment ( RLA ) work
