Dear Sirs, I am a registered professional engineer with over 20 years experience in the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of petroleum pipelines.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
Twenty years experience in oil and gas pipeline design, construction and rehabilitation includes project management, engineering, detailed design, survey, permitting, capitol cost estimating, preparation, evaluation and approval of bid package proposals and evaluation and recommendation of their award, and construction management for new and rehabilitation of existing pipelines and meter stations.
Project management responsibilities include land based and marine pipelines and custody transfer meter stations. Construction management responsibilities include land based and marine pipelines, a natural gas compressor station, pig launchers and receivers, and custody transfer natural gas meter stations. Pipeline design responsibilities include cross-country pipelines, directional drills of the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River and Bayou Lacasaine in southern Louisiana, construction of pipelines crossing wetlands, custody transfer meter stations and pig launchers and receivers and coordination with right-of-way for acquisition and damage payments to land owners.
Pipeline rehabilitation responsibilities include preparation and implementation of Pipeline integrity assessments and preparation of Integrity Management Plans in compliance with API Standard 1160. Integrity management work includes project and construction management and field and office engineering in support of intelligent pigging operations, rehabilitation and establishment of new operating parameters for existing pipelines, riverbank stabilization at existing pipeline crossings, pipeline stabilization at river crossings.
Construction management responsibilities include selection and hiring of construction superintendents and inspectors, participation in design development (constructability programs), participation in and approval of construction bid documents, supervision and evaluation of contractor bid offerings and approval of bid recommendations to clients, construction management, evaluation and approval of progress payments through commissioning.
