Inspection for mechanical equipment and static equipment fabrication. Other scope as supervision develops and reviewed procedure for quality management system (QMS), Fabrication Procedure, NDE procedure, painting-coating procedure, materials inspection and review mill certificate, WPS/PQR. Familiar with QA/QC document system and traceability record, ability with computer literate, familiar with standard related with oil & gas and Petrochemical regulation. Familiar with government MIGAS and DEPNAKER regulations as certification authorizes (CA).

Responsibilities :

To monitor effective welding quality performance and fabrication shops by evaluating and challenging inspection findings on basis of own inspections and know-how.
To be active in implementation of the quality management system.
Review all welding procedures (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR’s) for acceptance.
Review all welders qualifications for compliance with project requirements.
Review all welding materials control, material segregation, and NDT procedures for compliance with project requirements.
Inspection of piping beginning from receiving material until inspection on pipe rack.
Verify compliance with quality control procedures and systems for welding, and materials traceability control, including compliance with safety requirements.
Witness welders qualification tests (WQT), WPS and PQR testing, production test plates testing.
Verify welding consumables control, welding control records, certificates, and such.
Conduct trend analysis on welder repair rates, collect welding statistical information for quality and progress management, and advise on measures for improvements. This on basis of the welding database information.
