• The welding of heavy fabricated vessels, sections and components for building of a alumina production facility in Queensland, using carbon steel Plate up to 40mm in thickness & pipe up to 3metres in diameter with a wall thickness of 30mm, DS alloys up to 15mm & 309 stainless steel, inconel and the welding of dissimilar materials.
• Employing mig welding techniques using 0.9mm bare wire and 1.2 1.6 flux cored wires, MMA, Tig, air arc gouging.
• All welding carried out to company specifications AS 1554.1 and all welding inspected.
• Working to strict company H&S guidelines

• Carriage modifications, pre inspection & assessment of corrosion, carrying out repairs to body sides, floor section removal & repair, under frame repair, carline replacement, fitting of GRP’s, removal & refitting of window frames, window aperture repairs, corner pillar modifications employing arc air gouging techniques plasma cutting oxy acetylene burning.
• Bogie removals & strip down weld and repair to company specification using companies procedure
• Repairs to crash damage carriages using aluminium tig welding.
• Strip down and rebuild of carriage interiors floors roof panels and kitchens on servery vehicles
