Marine/Mechanical Engineer with more than twenty (20) years of progressively responsible positions. Hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair modification, overhaul and installation of heavy marine equipment and machinery. Responsible to manage and delegate assignments to a crew of more than 30 team members.
Expertise in electrical, water, fuel, lubrication, hydraulic, power plant, motor control and related systems and major components.
Experience includes AC/DC light and power systems, generators, controllers, starters and transformers; communications systems, general electronics, consoles and computers.
Dry docking vessels, purchasing of marine machineries and subsequent supply, installation, survey of marine machineries, supervising design and planning of hull repairs of motor freight vessels.
Successful record on increasing efficiency and reducing job costs on an average of 15%.
