As my professional profile indicates, I have over 22 years of combined experience and proven track records in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) & Facility Management, both in International and Domestic assignments.

I directed all activities of assigned personnel, including contractors to ensure compliance with company objectives, policies and procedure, within area of responsibility. Performed supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by the management

I developed Occupational Health and Safety plans, procedures and manual to ensure that industrial and occupational activities were carried out with minimal hazard to employees, covering protective equipment, respirators, and protection against hazardous material, radiations and related hazards.

I conducted HSE inspections and audits both internal and external, including contractors, equipment, operational and maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance. Provided advice and guidance to the Engineering Manager on HSE matters in Engineering and verify that the design adequately incorporates the Client and HSE principles. Provided reports to Project HSE Manager. Provided input to design development on HSE areas to ensure that the philosophy requirements established within the FEED phase are maintained through detailed design.



Project: 8 Billion Euro Western Libya Gas Production
(Coordinated the project from Drilling Phase to
Production Phase)
Scope of Work:

Oversaw Compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations between Management and Contractors during the exploration, seismic and construction phases of the project. Coordinated HSE supervisors in the day to day activities of the project, while reporting the data to the management.
