• Collecting Requisition orders from various Departments
• Collecting Quotations from Suppliers
• Analyzing , Comparing & Tabulating the Quotations and selecting the best Supplier
• Preparing Purchase Orders
• Creating Goods Receive Notes.
• Follow up the delivery of Materials and Payments to the Suppliers.
