Duration : From June 2008 Till Date
Designation: Mechanical Superintendent( SMP) – Project Management
Project Details :Presently working for a million dollar Flare Gas Upgradation Project for Shedgum & Uthmaniyah Gas Plant .
Task & Responsibility:
• Have to review the Project Proposal, Technical Bids, Detailed Engineering for the upcoming Flare Gas Upgradation Project to recover the Flare Gas and minimize the flare gas release to the atmosphere.
• Coordinate with the design company(SSJ) for approval of data sheets, reviewing Technical Queries, MTO s, NMRs, PRs, Change Orders and other relevant documentations for smooth progress of the project.
• Attending weekly meetings with the Proponent , Contractors and Project Management Team and providing ideas to expedite the project and tracking the schedule and rating the performance of the Contractors.
• With the Project Engineer I am also planning the manpower required and review of the Contractor & Contractors facility.
• After the detailed Engineering is finalised I have to coordinate with the Contractors at the Construction site ( SGP & UGP) full time and oversee all the fabrication activities at site. Coordinate with the P.I.D. Department for the Inspection activities and see that the project is completed as per planned schedule & high level of quality as per Aramco Standards.
• Reporting day to day progress as well weekly progress at the site to all the people involved in the project.
• Comply with the Aramco safety procedures and make Contractors also aware of the mandatory safety requirements at site.


02 Songda Jurong Construction Ltd (J.V. between IHI Japan, JEL Singapore & Songda Corporation, Vietnam
Duration : From Mar 2006 till date; 2 years.
Designation: Project Manager - Construction
Project Details :Construction ( Fabrication and Erection ) of Equipments 3569 Tons and Steel Structures 9798 Tons for Halong Cement Plant (2.08 MT PA Capacity)in North of Vietnam. Project cost 25 Million USD.
Task & Responsibility:
• As a Project Manager at the Construction site I prepared the Project Opening Report which highlighted the Manpower Plan, Equipment Plan, Subcontracting Plan, Budget, Project Execution Plan,Cash Flow Plan, Claim Money Plan, Contigency Plan,Organisation Chart and Quality Plan for the Project,Also prepared the Master Plan of Project, Schedule for Fabrication & Erection of Equipments, weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
• Coordinated with the Design Department for the preparation of Bill Of Quantities &, Raising PRs to the Purchase Department .Also prepared the Subcontract Plan, Transport Plan & Temporary facilities Plan for the site and mobilisation and demobilisation plan and coordination with Owner companies to facilitate accomodation, offices, electricity, water for 500 manpower and 25 Engineers at the site and overseeing all the Fabrication & Erection activities at site.
• Attending high level meetings with The Directors and Deputy Directors of Owner Company, Managers of the consultant Companies and actively presented the Project Progress to the director of our Company every fortnight.
• I Maintained all the records of documents pertaining to finance, Claim Reports, Quality, Inspection Reports,Raw Materials, Tools &Consumables reports,correspondence with the Owner and claiming all the bills after Fabrication of the equipments.
• Was Successful in completing the project target as per revised schedule and Claim money from the client progressively.

03 Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Mumbai, India.

Duration : Jan 2004 till February 2006.;Duration: 2 years
Project : Fabrication and Erection of Equipments and Steel Structures for Lafarge Surma Cement Plant in Bangladesh,Owner Lafarge Cement . Value: 100 Million USD.
Task & Responsibility:
I took the role of Construction Project Execution Engineer (Projects) assigned to me. I was reporting to my Project Manager and directly communicating with customers and clients. I Carried out Detailed Engineering & Inspection of various machineries such as Coolax cooler, Air Separator,Belt Coveyors,Atox Mills, Raw mill etc. for the cement plant & providing guidance to the vendor for Fabrication procedures ,timed inspection request & proper Documentation control. I was incharge of Verification of welding procedures,inspection of entire equipment and boughtout items for dimensions, painting ,packing inspection.I assisted my Project Manager in Preparation of list of various subcontractors for the project, Checking quotations and approving vendors for the project,Preparation of ABC analysis for vendor selection. Preparation of PRs,.Submission of despatch documents,Packing List, Transportation Permits & coordinating with the logistics Department .I was Keeping records of all project documents both electronically & by paper.Was also involved in preparing GRNs for the suppliers & coordinating with the Accounts Department for prompt payment release of subcons.Worked on ALPS Software, GRN, ERN Software. 04 Organization : Gopinath Engineering Co. pvt. Ltd., Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

Duration : From Jan 2003 to Dec 2003.
Responsibility:
As a Project Engineer I prepared the Planning sheet including manpower arrangement, Raw material &Toolings required for the project. Was also involved in Equipment scheduling.
