I have Nine Years of work experience in different MNC. I am commerce Graduate with Diploma in Human Resource. Currently I am working for Punj Lloyd Ltd. Muscat-Oman as a Sr. Officer Personnel & Administration.

I worked for Dodsal Engineering and Construction Pte. Ltd. -Doha-Qatar, and for Belhasa Six Construct LLC-(Head office-Dubai).

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

A. Human Resource Management; Spearheading strategic policy formulations for the smooth running of the organization. Coordinating manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction and socialization activities in the organization. Overseeing the implementation of corporate policies in the organization. Facilitating open communication channels in the organization to promote openness and transparency across hierarchical levels. Implementing staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing employee motivation. Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment and basic amenities in the work premises. Effectuating HR systems for improvement in employee communication, employee retention, grievance handling, counseling, performance improvement and discipline.

B. Personnel Administration;
1 Recruitment & Resourcing; Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews with Talent Acquisition. Supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures. Coordinating with all sites in the Oman for obtaining Visas and renewal of visas, Passport renewal formalities, Labor Cards, Security Passes, Licenses and Registration etc

2 Performance Appraisal; Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Handling performance management/performance appraisal exercises and administration of performance-linked remuneration policies. Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.

C. Industrial Relations/ Employee Welfare; Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the employees and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels. Monitoring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison at all levels with external agencies, Govt. authorities at all levels & Ministry of Labor etc. Monitoring to ensure that Company Policies are in accordance with Labor Laws and Ministerial Rules of the country.

D. Facilities Management; Handling complete Facilities & infrastructure set up, liaising with contractors. Managing facilities in the organization, including office infrastructure, building, cafeteria, transport, House Keeping, Security, Travel & Transport Management, Purchases, etc. Outsourcing for the maintenance of office, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery and other assets of the organization. Arranging Port cabin for Camp and Site Office/ Medical Facilities to employees / Procurement of Furniture & Office Equipment and their maintenance and related matters. Handling all Office Equipment and Assets Management (Inventory control of company property/ Maintain data for all Office Equipment and Assets / Vehicle and equipment registration / Annual Maintenance Contract / Insurance / Accidental Claim etc.

E. Commercial Operation; Assessing the performance of the vendors, based on various criterions such as quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc. Supervising budgeting & MIS of the complete administrative functions, guesthouses, estate management, pantry services, cost monitoring and control and trouble shooting across organization.
