Please accept enclosed resume for the position of Process Engineer.
I have over eleven years of experience with oil and gas industry practicing chemical engineering principles and theory in process engineering, plant commissioning and refinery technical services/support environment. I finished my Master’s degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and achieved Professional Engineers of Ontario licence.
Graduate studies from the University of Western Ontario and extensive professional experience with Bantrel- A Bechtel subsidiary (Toronto, Canada) and NIRMA makes me most favorable candidate for Process Engineer position. While working with NIRMA Limited as a Process Engineer, my job responsibility was to commission PACOL section of LAB plant and Hydrotreater section of n-Paraffin plant and provides technical services to the front and back end section of Petrochemical complex including offsite and utilities. As a part of Bantrel team, I was responsible for relief load and relief valve sizing, relief header hydraulic calculation, major process line sizing for the Blowdown and Coker section of Delay Coker Unit, P&ID and PFD development and PHA and HAZOP study. Coordination with various disciplines and technology suppliers was also part of my job. I am conversant with HYSYS, PRO-II, Aspentech Flarenet and HTRI simulation packages and API/ASME codes.
To deal with such a challenging portfolio, I possess effective communication and interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of the subject. I am a very good team player, flexible and resourceful.

Delay Coker for Petro Canada, Montreal Refinery (25,000 BPSD capacity)
• Responsible for pump sizing, line sizing, pressure safety valve sizing and Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram development and input to DP/DT diagram to accommodate a new Delayed Coker Unit
• P&ID and its supporting documents development for the process, Utility and Auxiliary system
 Line designation tables with line lists for various commodities
 Heat and mass balance, process simulation using HYSYS and PRO II
 Process Equipment design for shell and tube heat exchangers, pumps, vessels and tower internals
 Process Instrument Datasheets for flow orifices and flow meters
• Responsible for hydraulic calculations for control valve sizes and inlet laterals for safety valves
• Responsible for ISBL Flare header sizing by Aspentech Flarenet process simulation modeling, suggested cost effective modifications within project specific time frame
