 Provide leadership for the site H&S Team and special project H&S professionals
 Lead/participate on project teams in the development/enhancement of H&S procedures/processes
 Recognition for leading a project team for the refinery to evaluate and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Incident Investigation Process. Results include a complete revamp of the site process including methodology integrating a “Total Incident Reporting and Investigation Process” concept that involves involvement at all levels of the organization.
 Provide leadership to implement a H&S Team management system defining team and individual based roles/responsibilities, objective driven performance plans and wall charts to track routine tasks. Results were better team cohesiveness, higher customer satisfaction and improved work efficiency
 Provide leadership in the development and administration of a Supervisor H&S School
 Develop comprehensive training for H&S procedures, processes and initiatives
 Lead and facilitate significant incident investigations
 Lead site audit teams to ensure field practice aligns with internal and regulatory compliance
 Development of a “Focused Assessment Process” for auditing/evaluating field practice relative to internal and external requirements associated with Life Critical Procedures
