Worked in EQUATE Petrochemical Company in Shuaiba Industrial area in Materials Management Department & after in RID/MRO-Stores, formerly know as MM Stores. Duties & Responsibilities are as follows:-
Positioned: Office Administrator cum Stores Coordinator
•Managing office routine work such as writing letter, memos, drafting, scheduling meetings, preparing (MOM) Communicating to units, vendors, through intranet sending & receiving faxes, e-mails, "Self Correspondent".
•Preparing all types of permanent gate passes for EQUATE Employees/ Resident Contractors, Vehicles, & Materials Out-Permits and tracking their expiry date for next renewals
•Preparing daily GP for vendors to supply the material in stores based on our Equate "Buyers" issued RFQ/PR/PO after proper verification with description & quantity of the material through SAP system.
•Issuing Out-Permit for the materials to be sent-out from EQUATE for Calibration, Return back to supplier, Rejected, Damaged or for Exchange, after inspection and quality control of all field related materials such as pipes, flanges, valves, bolts, gaskets, instruments compression fittings, structural steel, gas cylinders, hoses, gauges & etc.
•Facilitate notifications/work orders & work permits for any maintenance jobs, also coordinating with RMD Electric section for arranging (HOT & COLD) work permit related to stores activities.
•Coordinating with units/vendors for incoming materials related to new projects Ol2k, EU-2/EG-2 and arranging the appropriate location for storing the materials
•Coordinating with RMD & other units on internal & external level for arranging the heavy Equipment & Vehicles as Forklift, Crane, Trailers, Boom Trucks etc, in order to load/unload materials.
•Assisting N-K Storekeepers on various fields, such as Materials Receiving, Issuing, Binning, Preparing RTS and VQM as stores related activities.

•Follow-up with end users or buyer for issuance of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Orders according to units requests
•Hold all documents until Purchase Orders is created then show log as complete and forwarded all the documents along with the P.O number to Stores receiving section.
•Keep follow-up for all incomplete or pending orders
Preparing Insurance Claims for damaged materials:
•Preparing Insurance claims as (CFR-FOB or EXW) based on Material Damage report received from the concern units/dept. & processing within the 24 hours of time period, by generating Bill of Lading/Certificate of Origin/Packing List, or Commercial Invoices, and taking the necessary photos of the damaged material if required upon request by GIC.
•After completion of claim, forward to the GIC (Gulf Insurance Company) for further processes.
•Keeping all the record & tracking the claims for payment refund upon confirmation from GIC.
