StatoilHydro is an integrated technology-based international energy company primarily focused on upstream oil and gas operations. StatoilHydro is a new chapter in Norway's remarkable oil adventure. The story that started with the discovery of the Ekofisk field 23. December 1969 and which turned the country into an oil nation.

The TARMON initiative is about the delivery of a solution and not a system. In our view it should go beyond developing and installing the system to ensuring that the users and the IT organisation are prepared and accept to use and maintain from day one. This means ensuring that training is complete, users know how to use the solution, data is prepared and useable in production, that management is able to obtain required reports to optimise decision making, and that onsite consultants are ready to provide support both to business and IT queries. A crucial component of delivery will be the provision of an effective users-support network.

To deliver the expected value, scale fast and effectively manage the costs, we propose to use a mix of local resources and global delivery. The goal is to develop a tool that can accommodate a vast and complex range of data with the ultimate objective of minimizing asset shutdowns.
Oil and Gas Companies regularly have to close down the production on its oil & gas plants, due to preventive and corrective maintenance activities, modifications of the plants, and tie-in of new equipment. IBM has been developing these new solutions in conjunction with StatoilHydro to provide tools that will help to improve the overall turnaround performance therefore helping to reduce the impact of unplanned shutdowns.

The Shutdown and turnaround knowledge analyzer will provide the information, to management and shutdown teams, to enable them to understand how effective their planning and preparation work is being executed. The analyzer will provide information on readiness of operational resources, scope of work, materials, work order status etc.
The shutdown analyzer will provide a readiness status for all StatoilHydro assets which will allow management to quickly achieve an overall picture of Turnaround status.Characteristics that will be included, but not limited to, in the database are e.g. competencies and man-hours, shutdown time, dependencies to other shutdown activities and material requirements.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is having countrywide presence with over 55 million wire line & wireless telephone subscribers and offer hosts of other services like Data communication, National long distance, International Long Distance, Internet, Leased Line, etc. The Company proposes to implement next generation State-of-Art Call Detail Record (CDR) based Customer Care and Convergent Billing System.
Assignment involves deployment of Centralized Integrated Billing Systems with supporting technological and communication infrastructure. Convergent Billing shall be based on Call Detail Records (CDRs) to be obtained from different type of Network elements capable of generating billable information, using centralized Mediation System. Since all the switches do not support generation of 100% CDRs, the Billing & Mediation system shall also support meter reading based billing, which is presently in practice in addition to CDR based billing in the same billing system.
The project shall prepare BSNL to face new challenges due to competition by providing effective and efficient Billing & Customer Care Solutions. It envisages building of country wide intranet, reduce the cost of operation, increase revenue realization, stop leakage of revenue besides providing round-the-clock best customer care operations. The ultimate aim of BSNL is to implement the CDR based Billing and customer care solution through out India with four zones and four data centers.

“Network Canada Shopping Cart” can support thousands of products through a powerful database manager. Product records can be created, updated, searched and deleted via Web based interfaces. All records are password-protected. Up to 1 thumbnail and 5 full size images (gif or jpg format) can be attached to each product listed in the database. Based on the needs, you may specify up to 3 optional features for each product. A price (optional) could be attached to some product options such that if an option is selected, the price for the option could be added to the product's base price. A good example is to charge your customers for a delivery fee for some large size items.
The software offers no limit on the number and types of database fields. New fields can be added easily. All fields are searchable. Products can be searched by category, date or keywords. The software offers easy-to-use "Search and Shop", "Review Cart" and "Check-Out" functions. Products in the shopping cart are each identified by a short description, a thumbnail size photo, the quantity ordered and the total price. An optional tax could be applied to the total price of products purchased. “Network Canada Shopping Cart” allow you to use one of the following Checkout options:
1. Checkout via a 3rd-party commercial merchant account provider
2. Checkout via your own secure server. Confirmation e-mails will be issued. The customer and credit card information will be logged on a searchable database located in a secure directory.
 Checkout Option One - At present our software has been programmed to PayPal‘s Internet payment service to accept real-time credit card payments. Order confirmation e-mails will be generated by the software of your merchant account provider. At a reasonable cost, we can also help you to link our software to other merchant account providers.
 Checkout Option One - At present our software has been programmed to use Checkout Option Two - The customer's contact and credit card information will be collected by our software to generate the order confirmation e-mails (one to the customer himself and the other to the Webmaster). In addition, all customer and order details will be logged on an order database. The Webmaster can search, check and update the status of any order at any time. (Note: You need a secure server of your own in order to use this feature.)

BATO is a customized web application provided for a Transport Organization to the firm and its clients to track its goods and manage its business process online. It helps the firm in tracking goods, booking, loading, unloading and delivery. Using this System Company manages its branches all over India. This System allows the consignor to book their parcels from booking center and those parcels are delivered with security to its intended consignee through Delivery Center. This System tracks each and every moments of the transporter. This Systems loading and Unloading Processes manage all processes of Creation of LR’s and GM reports with full Documentation. Amount Transaction is handled carefully by different process management. Customer is allowed to send feed back and complaints. This System contains different accessibility depending upon whether he is Administrator or Manager or End User. Also this System allows Offline database loading.

Servlets Technology was used to develop Business Components and deployed in Apache Tomcat Application Server. J2EE Jsp is extensively used for Implementation. Jakarta-Struts Framework was used to implement MVC Architecture.

HKMPL ERP is a customized ERP solution provided for a Sponge Iron plant. The major modules of the project include Billing, Stores, Human Resources and Accounts. The objective of the project is to automate the Human Resources, Accounts and Stores (Raw material, Consumables, Finished goods inventory) department of the plant. The software application shall run in a networked environment using client server technology, with one application and database server at a central location and clients at various locations in respective departments.

This Project is developed using C# as Controller and VB.NET as Front-end. The database and back end connectivity is done using MS SQL. Reports are generated using Crystal Reports. VB Script is used for Validation.

DSMAX is a customized solution provided for a Real Estate firm to manage its sales and transactions process. It helps the firm in tracking queries, appointments, projects, properties, builder transactions and customer transactions.
