Having worked in major oil and gas and water projects, in different fields such as detail designing, EPC contracts as a static equipment engineer in gas, oil and petrochemical industries as well as desalination units, I have refined these skills, and I am eager to offer my services to you.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Provide expertise to specify and design Static Equipments like Pressure Vessels, Columns, reactors and Heat Exchangers.

Specific Design Abilities

1)Mechanical design of heat exchanger per TEMA, ASME section VIII Div 1, IBR, and API 660.
Design of various component of shell & tube exchanger like tubes, tube sheet, floating head flange, split
ring, girth flange, flat cover, pass partition plate for all types floating head, U-bundle & fixed tube.
2)Tube sheet design per UHX under ASME section VIII Div 1.
3)Nozzle stress analysis for local loads of using Welding Research council WRC -107/297 & PD-5500.
4)Design of thick expansion joints for fixed tube sheet heat exchanger.
5)Mechanical design of pressure vessel, columns, reactors ,filters & strainers per ASME section VIII
Div1&2,IBR, PD-5500, AD Markblatter, Reinforcement calculations for nozzles (including SRN), stiffeners,
wind & Seismic analysis (Vortex shedding) , design of saddle, skirt, lugs, legs, base block arrangement,
lifting/tailing lug, trunion.
6)Fatigue analysis check using AD-160 as per ASME Section VIII Div 2.
7)Knowledge of various material’s (ferrous & non ferrous) listed in ASME section II A & B.
