Developing implementing and sustainin behavioral safety based programs in a multi-plant environment

Performing site inspections, recording accidents and incidents
Reporting and collection of data for each site to track successes in risk mitigation.
Identifying, recommending, developing and implementing best practices for safety programs and help to ensure standardization company wide.
