• Managed, Coached Safety Teams and trained over 400 employees as well as conducted desk audits and root cause investigations which allowed employees to determine and identify potential barriers that could lead to accidents or incidents within their immediate work site.
• Created online reporting, presentations and barrier measurement databases. Evaluated hidden risks through Behavioral Safety Program and accident case management. Identified employee illness and Injury’s to determine safety and accident mitigation goals. Reported directly to EHS Manager.
