• Conduct and evaluate non-destructive testing (RT, MPT, PT and UT) of weld joints as per ASME Section VIII acceptance standards.
• Interpretation of RT films
• Implementation of approved procedures (WPS & PQR) and maintaining quality records as per quality management system requirements
• Evaluation of pre & post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCR, technical queries, weekly and monthly QA/QC reports
• X-Ray and repairing status.
• Circuit identification on P & ID’S for pressure test; and prepare Test Packages.
• Inspect lines in accordance with P & ID & isometric drawing for mechanical clearance.
• Possesses working knowledge of applicable specification, procedures, drawing, standards and codes
• Issue Punch List and follow-up
• Conduct Hydro Test & Pneumatic test as per STD.
• Perform inspection, examination and test as required by Quality Procedure
• Identifies and control nonconforming work activities, materials or equipments through the implementation of approved Project Procedures.
