A capable, enthusiastic electrical engineering major with on-site construction experience as QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector/Engineer in oil, gas, refining, petrochemical, waste treatment and aluminum smelter industries seeks a challenging co-op. I'm currently involved in the construction of Qatalum Aluminum Smelter, a project by Qatar Petroleum and Norks Hydro under an EPCC Contractor, SNC Lavalin International Inc.

I worked also as QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector/Engineer in the construction of Central Environment Protection Facilities, a waste treatment project of Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company in United Arab Emirates as well as in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Sales Gas Conversion to East/West Pipeline Pump Station 4 thru 11 Project (Saudi Aramco), Petrokemya Polyethylene Project and JUPC United Olefins Project (SABIC).

I had my first job as an Equipment Maintenance Engineer in IBIDEN Philippines Inc., a Japanese manufacturer of world leading Printed Circuit Board. As part of our curriculum in our University, I did full time internship training for 6 months as a Project Engineer Trainee for the construction of the RCBC Plaza Project in which considered as the most intelligent high rise building in the Philippines.

I. QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector/Engineer
* Review and preparation of the inspection and test plan, inspection checklist and methods statement for electrical (Low, Medium, and High Voltage Power Distribution System) and instrumentation and control submitted by subcontractor.
* Responsible of testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Low, Medium and High Voltage Electrical Power Distribution.
*Responsible for methodical and systematic routine Material Receiving Inspection, Site Acceptance Testing and Final Inspection of electrical and instrumentation erections and installations.
*Conduct vendor inspection of equipment prior to release on site and Review of Factory Acceptance Test reports and manufacturer’s Quality Control documents.
* Interpretation and application of electrical and instrumentation engineering schematics, single line diagram, plans, isometrics, assembly drawing, P&ID, hook up and instrument loop diagrams.
* Review the Project Quality Plans, shop drawings, project standards and engineering specifications to ensure efficient execution of works.
* Responsible for execution and monitoring of approved Quality Plan in the field of electrical and instrumentation.
* Coordinate with engineering, client and sub-contractors representative on daily basis to resolve any quality problems or issues.
* Conduct site supervision, surveillance, issuance of Quality Control Instruction and Non Conformance Report for defined works out of standards and specifications.
* Responsible for preparation and compilation of Request for Inspection, Mechanical Completion Certificate Report, Commissioning Package and other quality related documents for project acceptance and final handover.
