2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory] |
Assist Driller in preparing tools and equipment for current and upcoming tasks.
Prepare line-ups on standpipe manifold and choke and kill manifold for use by Driller.
Inform Driller of unusual/unsafe situations in area of work using FOCUS Timeout for Safety system.
Provide training and support to less experienced roughnecks.
Carry out daily checks such as roughneck and dies, snublines and tong jaws, condition of slips and dog collar dies.
Inspect draw-works brakes at the start of every shift.
Inspect tuggers and all man-riding equipment.
Inspect derrick structure and rackerheads.
Participate in toolbox talks with drill crew.
Adhere to Job Risk Assessments to ensure full understanding of task.
Perform maintenance work on drilling equipment.
Ensure mud is contained to drill floor with continuous cleaning.
Carry out work in Shaker Room, monitoring cuttings, taking and recording mud weights.
Assist Subsea Engineers with running of BOP including working over the side in the moonpool area.
Attend and participate in daily and weekly safety meeting involving crew and rig personnel.
Working pipe racking system and manual derrick.
Casing operations, wirelenine operations, completion operations.
