Having successfully impacted performance and profitability for industry leaders such as Canadian Helicopter Corporation, CDI Corporation, and Eurojet Turbo, I am now seeking the opportunity to join a company such as yours in an executive-level business development director and / or commercial program manager position.

As an innovative program manager offering more than 10 years of expert leadership and superior business acumen, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Economics & Business Administration and fluency in three languages, I feel confident in my abilities to leverage these qualifications and deliver outstanding results for your organisation.

My roles in the past have ranged from Contract Manager and Program Manager to Program / Business Development Manager and Senior Program Manager. A few highlights of my career achievements include:

• Leading major Statoil 2010 project in Europe at Canadian Helicopter Corporation, generating £65M per year; also improving internal communication among various segments of corporation by establishing reporting processes for governance of each project (previously non-existent).
• Generating new business at CDI Business Solutions with GE Wind with net revenue in first year of $250k for outplacement of one FTE; also elevating quality of deliverables and repositioning company among highest-rated service suppliers in category in Germany and France.
• Establishing a Master Plan at Eurojet Turbo GmbH through which performances and KPIs could be measured against.

CANADIAN HELICOPTER CORPORATION (CHC), Aberdeen, Scotland • 2008-Present
World’s largest global commercial helicopter services company with $1.1B+ (CAN) in revenue.

Senior Program Manager, European Operations
Coordinate and execute major projects across Europe; lead team of 6 project managers. Report to Senior Management Team on status of projects. Facilitate daily communications between remote business units and the HQ. Serve as focal point with OEMs (Sikorsky, Eurocopter, AgustaWestland) for European program issues (e.g. delays, technical issues). Member of Steering Committee.
• Introduced new fleet of aircraft into European Operational (EO) in support of North Sea Oil & Gas industry; ensured EO began commercial operations with customers on committed dates to avoid penalties.
• Led major Statoil 2010 project in Europe, generating £65M per year.
• Introduced new Flight Training Device (FTD) into new EO training centre; managed plan, negotiated contract variations and their commercial implications.
• Identified possible synergies across European bases leading to daily operational efficiencies.
• Improved internal communication among various segments of corporation by establishing reporting processes for governance of each project (previously non-existent).
• Suggested launch of cross-promotional marketing program with OEM; provided CHC valuable marketing/commercial material “free of charge.”
• Identified and partnered with specialised Project Management consulting firm to strengthen PM team in Norway; negotiated cost-effective contract and timeframe.

CDI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS GmbH, Hamburg, Germany • 2007-2008
First tier supplier for Airbus mainly supporting reverse engineering of Airbus A380 and design/staffing support for Airbus A350; a subsidiary of CDI Corporation which generated $1.27B in revenue in 2006.

Program / Business Development Manager
Led team of 40 engineers, designers, and PMOs; ensured daily deliverables were met. Reported on daily basis to Customer. Led Progress Meetings with Customer as representative for CDI BS. Active role in defining new offers, pulling together design estimates with support of specialists, meeting internal constraints set by HQ, and at same time winning job in highly competitive environment.
• Generated new business with GE Wind with net revenue in first year of $250k for outplacement of one FTE.
• Established reporting process from ground up including standard daily presentation to Customer.
• Improved internal communication with team on business and personal levels.
• Elevated quality of deliverables and repositioned company among highest-rated service suppliers in category in Germany and France.

EUROJET TURBO GmbH, Munich, Germany • 2003-2007
Leading European military aero-engine consortium responsible for the management of development, production, maintenance, support, and sales of new generation EJ200 engine.

Program Manager
Reported to Consortium Managing Director (MD). Defined and maintained Master Plan; assisted Functions (Commercial, Product Support, Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales) in developing processes and procedures. Owned and developed PMP doc (Program Management Plan) definition and relevant updates. Led and challenged Program Management Working Group at European level on definitions and consequent monitoring of critical path towards the achievement of program. Conducted PM presentations and provided status reports for Steering Committee. Liaised at Director level; prompted MD on top-level items to be discussed at Internal Management Meetings.
• Established a Master Plan through which performances and KPIs could be measured against.
• Significantly improved communication between Managing Director and Directors at Executive Committee level.
• Assigned prestigious role of Secretary of Executive Control Committee and Shareholders’ Board.
• Performance-based bonus increased by 10% in 4 years.

AVIO S.p.A. (formerly owned by FIAT GROUP), Rome, Italy • 2002-2003
Italian aerospace engine manufacturer with 5,000+ employees and €1.5B in revenue.

Program Manager
Employed in Space Division; worked mainly on the VEGA program, the small launcher for the European Space Agency. Member of the tender team. Facilitated internal contract management of signed and correct invoicing to Customers and Suppliers based on specific payment plans.
