Onshore HSE Advisor/Mentor for drilling & completions.
Responsibilities include:
- The day to day inspection/Auditing & HSE supervision of Drilling Rigs & third party contractors.
- Preparation & implementation documentation.
- Monitoring & maintaining weekly/Monthly KPI’s
Conduct Incident Investigations (Root cause analysis) as required or directed for high potential incidents.
- Responsible for monitoring/tracking & ensuring close out of accident/ incident corrective actions and recommendations are implemented accordingly & within the required time frame.
- Review/evaluate contractor’s HSE MS during tender process to ensure contractors system a line with company expectations & fit for purpose.
- In addition to the above I am also utilized in the area of well intervention supervision, Civil works & HSE Supervision.
