With an experience of more than 5 years in the Human Resource Function, I have gained considerable knowledge and experience on strategic and transferable skills like Talent Acquisition, Employee Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies. Handled the administrative functions of HR department including Recruitment, Training, Benefits Administration, Performance Appraisal, Policy Drafting and Administration, Compliance (PF, ESI), and Employee Separation.

My first stint with CA Inc (formerly Computer Associates) exposed me to the whole multitude of HR Division, from Recruitment in the early stages of starting their India Operations, to Handling the Operations for a 1200+ workforce. I learnt delivering in strict time bound environment and exposed me to the workings of a start-up. I accomplished my first managerial assignment leading three HR Executives and also worked with a dynamic global team for a global HR Initiative.

After a stint of more than 2 years with CA, I joined Conexant Systems Pvt Ltd. where, I was entrusted with the entire functioning of HR Functions reporting in to my supervisor in UK and also handling various functions on a pan-India level.

Responsibilities At Local Level:
• Acquire & maintain updates related to Drafting Job Descriptions, Co-ordination with Consultants and Job Portals, Selection, Negotiation and Offer Roll-Out.
• Manage all the employees’ grievances on the regular basis as well as conducting training sessions on the regular basis for the employees while conducting weekly/ monthly meetings on a regular basis.
• Managing New-Hire Assimilation, Induction, Benefits Administration, Policy Drafting and Implementation, Employee Morale Events, Statutory Requirements, Performance Management, Incentive Plans, Resignation and Full and Final Settlement
• Maintain a flawless communication with the employees; ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all levels.

• Involved in compensation and Benefits Core Team Member - Reviewing, Bench-Marking and Revising of Policies and Procedures to the Industry Standard.
• Monitor & record Staff’s database of unit consisting of 100 personnels, payroll processings, employee PF, Mediclaim, other Employment Registration forms, Relieving forms & other remittances.

• Acknowledged for Automation of Pay-Roll Process from SAP.
