10 years of experience in Refinery, Oil/gas Plants & Petrochemical plants specialized on Document Control, Technical and Administrative areas. Have been involved in various Construction, Modification, Revamping and Maintenance Projects in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and Petrochemical Industries Co., (PIC), Kuwait, Document Controlling, Preparing Reports, Documenting Procedures, Maintaining/upgrading Filing Systems and act in accordance with the Company’s SHE policies. Extensive knowledge of Document Control Management work practices and methodologies, using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Acquired good knowledge in MAXIMO, RIM (Records Information Management), CIMS (Construction Integrated Management System), MS Office Packages, Primavera Planning and Ms Projects Software.

 Self joined one of the Kuwait’s Giant Company M/s. Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC – www.knpc.com ) as Administrative Assistant thro M/s. Gulf Co., on 1999.
 Self was designated as Scheduler in the year 2000 & subsequently based on the skill and ability highlighted vide the professional career was elevated to the position as Executive Secretary to the Supdt., Mechanical Maintenance.
 Worked as Project Coordinator to the Team Leader and prepared Tender Documents for 5 Years Mechanical Maintenance Contract, worth of KD. 15 Million and assigned to handle all correspondence jobs related to Mech. Maint. Contract.
 Undergone the training for KIMS, thro Micrtec-Middle East which is a state-of-the-art integrated business solutions comprising the best practices being used in today’s competitive market place.
 Obtained training from M/s.
