My total experience is 12 years and above. I am working with pharmaceutical, chemical, Oil & gas refinery project. My total experiences are in design consultancy. I have good software knowledge of PDMS and Microstation, Auto-Cad, PDS.

Now I am working on SOLVAY – SBT PROJECT (Epichlorohydrin) as an Area Lead.
I am working on Plot Plan, Piping Layout, and Equipment layout and Checking using PDMS software.

1. Working on SOLVAY – SBT PROJECT (Epichlorohydrin) – Map Ta Phut, Thailand.
Working as Assistant Design Engineer on PDMS (3D Modeling Software)

Solvay is putting up the Epichlorohydrin manufacturing facilities at Map Ta Phut, Thailand. The plant will be on the basis of the Epicerol process, it is the proprietary technology with enhanced environmental performance. The plant capacity will be 100,000 MT per year.

These Project content 140 Equipments & 950 Pipelines. This project is three area’s D, E & F.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Individual responsibility of Area D. D area with 500 lines & 90 Equipments approx.
• Piping Layout Studies and Preparing Piping Layouts.
• Designing of piping layout with section and detailed drawing in compliance with international standard.
• Equipment modeling as per data sheet / vendor drawing by using Equipment Module in PDMS.
• Review / Modification of Plot Plan Equipment Layouts to Incorporate the Results Of P&Id Verification/Variations.
• Modifying the Piping Layouts & Isometric Drawings as Per Stress Analysis Results.
• Preparing Nozzle Orientation and Elevation Drawings with Information on Platform, Ladder, Cleats Location Etc.
on Equipment.
• Pipe routing as per P & ID as per the studied piping layout. Generation of Piping Isometrics with clash & data
Consistency check.
• Direct communication regarding Model area, with parent office for the project, as the project is of work share type
with JACOBS Belgium office.
• Modeling Pipe Supports by using Hanger support module in PDMS.
• Isometric generation by ISO draft Module. Isometric check as per P & ID & study layout

2. Worked TOTAL Lindsey Oil Refinery – New Distillate Hydrotreatre HDS.

• Individual responsibility of Amine Unit in the plant with 400 lines & 30 Equipments approx.
• Piping Layout Studies and Preparing Piping Layouts. And Modeled in PDMS.
• Review / Modification of Plot Plan Equipment Layouts to Incorporate the Results Of P&Id Verification/Variations.
• Modifying the Piping Layouts & Isometric Drawings as Per Stress Analysis Results.
• Preparing Nozzle Orientation and Elevation Drawings with Information On Platform, Ladder, Cleats Location Etc.
