i have good communication skills as i work as a section engineer (welding) co-ordinating site with resource and equipment for the requirements needed,all procedures are adhered to to install quality within the department also give the client what they want in way of traceability. i ensure our welders are SQEP for the tasks they are carrying out issue all consumables under a work instruction general,give daily pre-job briefs and ensure at all times the men are working safely.

my experience is split between actually welding on sites to being a lead welding engineer on major outages within the coal fire and nuclear industry also i have been a coded welder to asme9 with all welding processes mma, tig, mig/mag,fcaw i have worked on petro chemical and pharmaceutical plants steelworks and general fabrication shops specializing in stainless steels.
