2. To ensure NDT requirement has been comply with the procedure and requirement..

4. Liaise with NDT and client representative in matter related to inspection and product
acceptance.
5. Compiling report for material record and documentation.
6. To do in house PMI to confirm materials content under specification.

Work Description:
1. To inspect all fabricated pipe and prepare daily report.
2. To ensure NDT requirement has been comply with the procedure.
2. Material verification as per mill certificate and specification.
3. To ensure quality and ITP has been follow accordingly.
4. Liaise with NDT and client representative in matter related to inspection and product
acceptance.
5. Compiling report for material release for erection.

Work Description:
1. Inspection of received materials that has been purchase.
2. Supervise and monitor erection work according to drawing. Starting from handover of foundation,
annular and bottom plate laying, shell erection, assemble of structure , roof plate laying,
fabrication of heating coil and until hydro test.
3. Control and ensure that the production works are carried out in accordance to WPS ,JMS ,
PTS and API 650.
4 Developing and implementation of inspection and test procedures as per ITP.
5. Liaise with the client representative in matters relating to inspection and product acceptance.
6. Conduct WQT to ensure welders are qualified to perform intended work as required.
7. Conduct NDT as per requirement such as Vacuum Test, Pneumatic Test, Hydro test and MPI.
8. Monitor and ensure that the production using correct WPS .
9. Ensure that the quality plan has been follow accordingly.
10. Record and compiling quality records and prepares Manufacturer Data Reports as per
requirement.

QC Inspector, Nam Fatt Fabricator Sdn Bhd.

Work Description:
1. Inspection of received materials that has been sent from factory to ensure that is no shortage of
material during erection work.
2. Prepare WPS and conduct WQT before any work commence to ensure that the work are in
schedule.
3. Supervise and monitor erection work to ensure works are in schedule.
4. Implement quality control in every stage of work to ensure that the ITP, and JMS has been follow
and compiling of Manufacturer Data Reports.
5. Liaise with the Third Party Inspector, NDE companies, or client representative in matters relating
To joint inspection and product acceptance.
7. Ensuring that the correct WPS are being applied by Production Department and welders are
qualified to perform the intended work.
