I am highly skilled and experienced (30 Years Shift work) in Process and Chemical Process Supervising, my knowledge and understanding of basic processes involved throughout the Process Industry are second to none, and I am always keen to come to grips with unfamiliar processes, I have strong management and leadership skills augmented by experience and proven achievements in the following areas:
Significantly improved productivity through plant availability and efficiency.
Successfully completed Industrial courses and 3 year Diplomas to improve Human Relations, Industrial Relations and Operations Management, Safety awareness, Problem solving, Planning, Organizing, and controlling skills, also to become computer literate.

I conducted plant inspections during construction phases for mechanical completion in close contact with the suppliers and their Quality Control departments. Performed these duties as a special assignment, I managed to identify design problems which could have delayed the commissioning of different plants and processes. I also took active part in continuous improvement programs and came forward with suggestions, which resulted in the companies saving money.
