15 + years cumulative experience in commissioning construction ,trouble shooting and maintenance of various mega projects such as Offshore Drilling plat forms, Liquefied Natural Gas ( LNG ) , Petrochemical Plants and Refineries. Technical back ground includes
Commissioning of jack-up drilling platforms (BP- TPG 500 Shah Deniz Gas export project)
Main responsibility includes pre commission and commissioning of 6.6 kV power station, Drilling units, Hydraulics system, ABB variable speed drive (VSD) switch board, distribution and process system. And BP- PCWU (process, compression, water injection & utility) integrated offshore duck. I was responsible for commissioning of gas & water injection facility, consisted main 10 Rolls Roys turbines driving 3 gas injection compressors, 3 water injection compressors and 4 power generators worked in offshore.Pressently I am working with Technip, France (Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture ) for their mega LNG Train 6&7 expansion project for Qatar Gas as Electrical Supervisor in Qatar.

Construction, commissioning, trouble shooting and maintenance work. With more than 16 years of experienced from various mega projects such as Offshore
Drilling plat form, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Oil & Gas Refinery can work

DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE

• Familiar with Switching HV Electrical Power up to 66 KV.
• Familiar with international industry codes and standards, BV, DNV, IEE, API. ISO, IEC, UL, ABS, etc
• Familiar with Diesel power generation, Switchboard Room HV – LV and Feeder distribution.
• Experimented with ABB Variable Speed Drive (VSD): LV - HV technology voltage.
• Experimented with electrical equipment and classification in hazardous areas.
• Familiar with administration of permits to work and electrical insulation equipments.
• Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, and MS Office standard computer applications.
• Parameter setting for VSD controller, motor controller/starter and operation. Preparing of electrical commissioning report.
• Responsible for the pre-commission and commissioning of all 33/66 KV transformers, Merlin Gerin and siemens switchgears, gas turbine, air compressors, emergency fire pumps, oil export pumps motors, emulsion pumps motors, motor control center, well head power supply, instrumentation equipment (Pressure Transmitter, Flow transmitter, MOV adjustment, Pressure switches and etc.)
• Commissioning of drilling units includes Mud pumps, cementing units, BOP, and Hydraulic system and familiar in all controls wirings of drilling units and PLCs
•Prepare and execute the request for modification, contract strategy, technical working procedures, scope of work, provide detailed construction and as-built drawing, material take off and develop cost estimates
•Plan, supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for Plant Electrical equipment to ensure availability and reliability. Troubleshoot electrical problem
• Checked, inspect and assist plant start-up, identify defect, trouble shoot and repair defective circuit if their any. Provide technical support to electrical technician, established program for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor daily work accomplishment, collect, distribute work order and suspend after work completion.
•Simulation of motor starter feeder from DCS and Local Control Station. Operation of relay
• Perform solo run test on LV and MV motors.
• Manage 66KV GIS gas filling and testing, Mechanical and electrical operation of GIS, Hi-pot test with vendor’s engineer.
• Oil filling, IR and PI value test, CT and VT test, Ratio test, Vector group test and function test of power and distribution transformer.
•Mechanical torque test, Ductor test, IR test, Hi-pot (MV) of bus duct.
•Mechanical torque test , Ductor test, IR test , Hi-pot (MV) and Mechanical/ Electrical operation checks of MV and LV panel
•Manage CT and VT test, relay test and configuration and Auto transfer scheme test with testing engineer for panels.
•Attend management and safety walk through to comply their comments / concern.
•Supervision, guidance and overview of Subcontractor(s) to implement the requirements of the subcontract including the drawings and specifications. Inform the Subcontractor to prepare detail work procedure and review and approve this procedure including any coordination with the Discipline Manager/Leader.
•Confirm that work complies with Quality, Safety/Health and Environment requirements and work with the Subcontractor(s) to take corrective action in case of problems. Coordinate any problems and corrective actions with the Construction Manager, the Area Engineer, the Safety/Health/Environmental Group, the QA/QC Group and the Manager/Leader.
•Review the progress data and possible change re-quests from Subcontractors and submits them to the Control Group and/or the Subcontract Administrator.
•Prepare daily and weekly Construction Report, as applicable.
•Inform Manager/Leader about problem and/or items of concern regarding engineering information and/or material.
•Co-operate with and advice Subcontractor(s) to correct work plans in case of engineering drawing or material availability problems or change work required.
•Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan according to project requirement, QA/QC documents, Inspection of material and installation activity as per QAP, review of Test Reports, Material inspection report. Handling of NCR and CAR (corrective action request). Preparation of OSD (Overage, shortage and Damage) report.
•Co-ordinate with Sub-contractor to raise RFI. Witness and close inspection test record in order to close system and turn it over to client in time.
•Coordinate with sub contractor to clear DPL in time.
Review and approve system turn over package submitted by sub contractor and hand over the system package to client.
•Co-ordination with client and consultant
•Electrical Planned Preventive Maintenance program in line with production and ensure maintenance task undertaken to prevent equipment breakdown.
