I have had a variety of jobs, all of, which have required me to work as part of a team and to deal directly with the public. I found these positions taught me the importance of ascertaining customers’ needs and providing clear and accurate information in response to those needs.

My time at South Wales Food Laboratory Limited enhanced my knowledge in computer databases and I felt great satisfaction in being part of the set up and the maintenance of the Laboratory Information Management System.
