 Responsible for overall development and implementation of LPG sales strategy by rail and offshore ensuring No LPG flaring, safe, cost effective, reliable LPG supply. Management, supervision and leadership of the LPG Sales Team.
 Negotiation, review, approval of sale dealscontracts, volume nominations. Manage development of annual LPG Budget (OPEX), Business Plan and high value transport. costs to secure sale netbacks.
 Manage coordination with TCO Plant Operations, customers, Sale Agent, TCO Finance, Logistics, M&T Support, Chevron Shipping and Compliance, Marine Terminal to ensure efficiency throughout entire supply chain.
 No LPG flared due to marketing constraints. 100% LPG produced was effectively sold at 284% netbacks higher than planned. All 2008 Business Targets have been reached and some exceeded. Customer base expanded by 7 qualified term buyers. New markets penetrated into at competitive netbacks.
 LPG marine terminal agreement optimized. Time Chartered sale strategy developed and successfully approved by top management. Domestic market strategy revised and effectively implemented; customers lifting performance increased, product stewardship improved. Customers’ pre-qualification and selection criteria upgraded. Export and domestics sale contracts terms got adjusted ensuring adequate protection of company’ business interests.
