Review of Project specification and P&ID s.
Making technical evaluations (TE) against the quotation given from Vendors
Provides clarification to all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches and coordinates with Engineering.
Checking of isometric drawings against Master P & ID considering design basics and project requirements, material specifications and state of art practice
Examine engineering proposals for constructability.
Carry out construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings.
Co-ordinates with Planning for work schedules and priorities.
Allocation necessary manpower for fabrication and erection.
Preparation of AS BUILT drawings.
Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
Performs Construction Engineering and feasibility in line with Company Policy and Procedures.
Preparation of Piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
Raises MTO for all additional material required for Hydro-Testing.
Follows up test-pack reinstatement as per project procedure.
Checks the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing of individual test packs and ensures completion of piping.
Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems.
Coordinates with Safety and QA/ QC dept.
Prepares Progress reports on daily and weekly basis.
Re-conciliation of the works executed on regular basis.
Carries out Mechanical Clearance, Hydro and Pneumatic tests and full-filling Pre-Commissioning requirements.
Review of Technical Documentation, drawings and Project specification.
Carries out line checking and prepares punch list as per P&ID, GA and Isometric drawing prior for testing.
Witnesses Hydro test of test packs and checks the Test limits, Test pressure, Holding time are maintained as per test pack and line schedule.
Inspection of column trays including mock-up assembly, site erection, checking of Tray support ring fit-ups and TSR levels.
Provide technical clarifications to Engineering Queries raised up by the sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard requirements
Review the post punch list after Hydro testing prior to sign-off the test packages and ensure the Mechanical completion of piping.
Reviewing of the progress on daily & weekly basis and analyze the productivity of Resources
