1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]
I would like to apply for 2nd Officer position . I have been working for Fugro Marine Services Ltd since December 2007.
On April 2008 I was promoted to Chief Mate rank. Since this year I am holding also DP Operator Limited Certificate. At the moment I am on board “Fugro Mercator” DP class1 survey vessel till 29th April 2009. I keen on gaining new skills and experience and to get new one on DP class 2 vessel I am ready to work as 2nd Mate. I would be glad to work for your Company and appreciate reply form you.
I have got experience on deep sea going vessel up to 28000GRT and smaller offshore vessels including ROV support. I am holding Chief Officer’s unlimited licence. On Fugro Mercator I am responsible for safety and security of vessel and checking if ISM procedures are followed. I am familiar with Work Permit and Hazard Observation Card system. I am assisting Master during to berth manoeuvres and day to day ship management.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I have been working as deck officer since 2000. In 2007 I have started to work on board offshore vessels. I was working on pre salvage survey vessel equipped with prototype deep diving ROV rated to 6000m. Vessel was DP class 1. At present I am working on board multi purpose survey vessel DP class 1 and in 2008 I have been promoted to Chief Mate rank.

I was graduated from Gdynia Maritime Academy in Poland, all my certificates are based on STCW. I am holding also DP Operator Limited Certificate
