Primary responsibility is to maintain the street network layer for Miami-Dade County and
centralize GIS systems. Duties include:
 Develop programs to perform global programmatic updates to dataset in AML, VBA, VB.Net
 Data analysis between multiple datasets (Photographs, PTXA, GIS layers, and field checks).
 Maintain the data on two platforms ArcGis/Windows and ArcInfo/Unix. Edit features attributes; perform queries to identify data discrepancies.
 Respond and meet deadlines from CAD 911, CSR 311, M-DCPS School Board of transportation, Fire, Elections Dept. and many others throughout Miami-Dade County.
 Perform QC of aerial photography include the examination of data for accuracy; develop various analytical, graphic reports and Street/Address System Documentation.
 Customize/configure desktop ArcInfo projects for others to facilitate Street Network maintenance and prepare presentation quality maps.
 Assisting in the planning, analyzing, QA, and distribution of LIDAR project.
