1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory] |
Dear Sir
I am a very experienced Security professional with over 30 years in the industry following electronic engineering and weapon sales for HMG to International clients.
I have extensive lecturing experience to other Security professionals including the police and Military. I have lectured on integrated solutions as a general subject and also on specific subjects such as perimeter protection and access control incorporating smart cards and biometrics.
As a qualified electronics engineer I naturally gravitated towards technical Security solutions and am recognised as a systems integrator which is the key to effective security.
I am fully conversant with anti terrorist techniques and can design buildings and infrastructure to prevent terrorist attacks integrated with electronic system solutions for command and control.
Ballistic protection, safe havens, physical protection and watchtowers are also part of my portfolio.
I have written extensively on Security for the industry and can specify complete security solutions for any threat and any establishment to comply with British and European standards.
I am a long standing member of ASIS.
During my period as a Sales Director for TDSi, I also sold cashless systems into the University sector so am familiar with the Academic establishment and its methodology.
You will see from the attached CV and associated documents that I have designed and installed systems for a variety of clients both commercial and Governmental and I have worked with all branches of the Military and Security services.
I am currently running my own Security Consultancy and as previously mentioned have recently completed a contract in the Niger Delta prior to which I spent two years working for a large investment bank, specifying and managing Security installations for their trading floors across Europe.
I do hope my letter is of interest and would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you any particular role that I might be able to fulfil.
