Hands-on experience in FAT, SAT, Start-up and Commissioning of Utilities, Third-party and Plant Process Systems. This includes complex and simple loop function testing and verification. Project: Dung Quat Refinery (Grass Roots: US$ 2.4 Billion): Vietnam / Malaysia
Senior C&I Engineer dedicated to the Project Management Consultancy Team (PMCT) acting on behalf of PetroVietnam, based in the Joint Venture Directorates (JVD) Engineering Contractors offices in Kuala Lumpur. The JVD was comprised of Technip, Tecnicas Reunidas and JGC Corporation. EPC Operating Centres take in Kuala Lumpur, Paris, Madrid and Yokohama.

Project: Strategic Development Project-Phase 1:- Singapore
Instrument Engineer: Performed Project Lead responsibilities: planning, design, development and build, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation & Hand-over to ensure the key project objectives were achieved with respect to time scale, cost, safety, technical & quality compliance.
