I am B Sc graduates with 10+ year's experience in the field of Refinery & Petrochemicals Industry in Process, field & utility.
Having good knowledge of control room operation through DCS / PLC Panel, where multi-unit Operation.

Having good Knowledge in operation of process equip and instruments such as different types of pumps, Exchanger, Condenser, High Pressure Boiler, Re-Boiler, Heater, chemical injection pumps, product heaters, Control valves, ESD valves.

Having good Knowledge of utility operation such as Water/Waste water Treatment unit, N2 Unit, Cooling Tower operation,

Experiences in terminal operations i.e. tank filling, lowering, inter tank transfer, tanker loading.

a. Monitor the daily plant and equipment performance.
b. Responsible for directing the start-up and shutdown of the plant including such activities as hot standby and drain down with consultation from Team Lead.
c. Supervise safe handling of chemicals including unloading and transfers.
d. Responsible for Control and Monitoring of operating conditions by DCS.
e. Check-up process conditions by DCS and check-up product qualities by laboratory data.
f. Control safe start-up, Normal and Shutdown operations by DCS as per established.
g. Field (Wells and Gathering System)

i. Utilities (Conventional Boilers, and Water treatment-Evaporators), and
