Dear Madam, dear Sir,

I have been working in the HR field for some 10 years.

I have been gaining relevant working experience in the area of HR with an emphasis on various international operations. Although my base location has always been The Netherlands, I have become used to traveling frequently to various continents, such as The Americas, Central Asia and Europe in order to perform several HR and HR related activities. This has given me the confidence into operating in culturally different nations while keeping the corporate mindset when doing HR activities.

I also would like to let you know that I am definitely open to a relocation. In connection with this, traveling to various domestic and foreign locations shall neither be an issue to me.

With my professional background I feel that I shall be able to fulfill a senior HR role to a more than satisfactory extend.

A number of reasons have triggered me to apply for this role. First of all, contentwise speaking this role does fit with my professional background and working experience. Your client also seems to have an international exposure which is appealing to me. I have mainly worked in internationally oriented organizations, the current organization, Dutch renewable energy group Econcern NV, inclusive. Furthermore I have gained experienced in other energy / offshore related industries, such as Baker Hughes and Ameron.

Together with my excellent language skills I will be able to communicate in a very sufficient manner with both internal and external clients. Coming up later this year I will furthermore start with a language course in Spanish, which also contributes to my further international exposure.

Furthermore I have become used to coaching, leading HR and HR linked staff in various locations, both in The Netherlands as well as abroad. This has given me sufficient insight into the Dutch labour market as such. Moreover being a member of the Dutch Personnel Management and Organisation Development has also contributed to enhancing my knowledge when it comes to Dutch as well as international labour affairs.

HR Generalist with substantial international expertise with in HR (related) matters. Providing HR support both on Corporate as well as on Divisional levels. Experience in various industries. Mothertongue in Dutch together with excellent skills in English and German while proficient in French (writing and speaking) and Spanish (reading).
