EMT -I , E.R. Care Tech II
Summary
I have been EMT certified in L.A. County and working as an E.R. tech for over 6 years. In which time I have gained much experience and in turn handed it down in to other EMT’s training for the same position. If hired, I would need very minimal training.
I am very accustomed to working in a high volume and critical acuity setting. Whether it is an underserved community with a high patient volume or a more critical one to one scenario, I am very comfortable in both.
I also speak Spanish fluently and can aid other members of the staff in translation.

Also functioned as the Companies liaison with the 86th Combat Support Hospital , CSH, and was responsible for escorting up to 8 patients a day for scheduled hospital appointments. In performing this duty, I also functioned as a translator for the Third Country Nationals, to better facilitate the continuity of patient care. My duties also included firearms training, and I am currently certified with all Department of State Weapon Systems that include the Glock-19, the M-4 rifle, the M-249 Squad Automatic Weapon, and the M-240 Machine Gun. I have been trained in the proper use, implementation and maintenance of the AK-47 Assault rifle.
