Obtaining a challenging position in the field of control and instrumentation by being
an active member in a well established organization, where my knowledge can be shared

I have joined TCI Sanmar Petrochemicals in Port Said (Initially from India) since 1/1/2004 As a Instrumentation maintenance Engineer (Daily shift). which is one of the Leader petrochemical industries in caustic soda and chlorine applications (Chlorine, Caustic soda, Caustic Soda flakes, Hydrochloric acid, Brine purification, HYPO , CPW, FECL3, EDC, VCM, PVC) and I was in a good team which perform the engineering and the installation for most of the projects including commissioning and start up.
 Scope of work As a Control Engineer:
 DCS Yokogawa Centum CS- 3000 preparing on (InputOutput list, PID Tuning, complete understanding of installation, and the basic concepts).
 Working on Siemens PLCs (S7 300 Complete Installation, termination and start up).
 Honey well design flame switch with Honeywell U.V sensor & Hegwin Igniter and PLC S7- 300 controllers for producing HCL acid.
 Different type of Temperature& pressure regulators.
 Scope of work As a Instrument planning:
 Direct contact for the instruments vendors locally and globally.
Local vendors list (Egypt): Yokogawa, Emerson, Khrone, Fisher valve, Masonilan valve, Honeywell, Ebro valve, ABB and Endress &Housers
Global vendors list: Yokogawa India, Emerson Dubai, Khrone Germany, Gemu valve Dubai, Xomox valve Dubai, ABB Italy, Dragger safety Dubai.
 Field Instruments and automation technical specifications revision with reference to
the basic datasheet.
 Performing complete FAT and SAT for yokogawa DCS Centum CS-3000.
 Prepare the master PM and inspection schedule plan for the instrumentation equipment.
 Develop & follow up the control of annual maintenance CAPEX budgets
for normal facilities.
 Provide advice on material & spare parts& purchasing order.
 Complete reading and understanding for the basic and commonly used drawings
Include piping layout, and isometric drawings, P&I Diagram, hook up,
Pneumatics materials and bill of materials (BOM).
 Communicate to handle work between maintenance departments and other department.
 Make purchasing request and purchasing orders & reservation the material from
Stores by using SAP program.
 Scope of work As a Instrument Erection:
 Direct Contact with the most global consultants for basic engineering data in the chemical industries like (Technip and Charam India, Asahikasi Japan, Set and Therma And Freim Italy, Ball Schumacher Germany, Protech Chennai and Carbone Lorraine France) to follow up the schedule and recording all the comments and all the Revisions in the Instrumentation Data with complete understanding and commonly used. Like Instrument data specification sheets, cable and cable tray list, Junction Box list, Process and pneumatic hook up, P&ID and
electrical wiring diagram.
 Landis and Gyre design Programmable timer with L&G UV sensor for Boilers (fire tube design) and caustic soda concentration unit.
 Boiler (fire tube)10000kg systems:Gas burner control LFL.level and pressure controller.
 Cable trays and cables routing and installation, Air Pipes routing and installation, Junction Boxes design and termination, Field Instruments electrical termination.
 Preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation.
 Communicate to handle work between maintenance departments and other
department according to work order and work permission.
 All types of Field Instruments installation and commissioning tests
 Control Panels termination followed by cold and hot check with reference to wiring diagrams.
 Control circuits designe and implementation.

For instrumentation Devices
 Pneumatic systems (solenoid valves, cylinders, air regulators, valves).
 Field instruments Erection part including pressure, flow and level smart transmitters &orifice plate& PH ,ORP and conductivity sensors ,Gas chromatograph ,Moisture and Oxygen Analyzers & smart switches& Weight systems & different type of valves, followed by electrical termination, setting and commissioning.
 Motor control circuit (ΎΔ and D.O.L circuits). , Control Circuits for MCC and UPS.
 Performing complete FAT and SAT for yokogawa Cell Voltage Monitoring System(CVM) by using MX-100
 Scope of work As a Instrument Calibration:

 Using Yokogawa BRAIN protocol (BT200) and Emerson HART protocol (375).
 Using Duck (pressure calibration system) and Yokogawa CA 100 Devices.
(mille amps and volt injection) for all the field instruments.
 Control Valves Calibration (intelligent and traditional positioners).
 Pressure Safety Valve Calibration by using test bench.
