On the 1st Feb 09 all LBG/B&V south west projects were taken over by HART Security, as senior management had moved on I was asked to stand in as interim Program Manager for this period and ensure that the bridging process between both companies ran as smoothly as possible and all staff, assets and client requirements be handled in a professional manner.
I am currently working as the Project Manager finishing out the HWY 1 west Japanese road contract which is expected to be completed by the 12th June 09 and am therefore seeking further employment elsewhere as my 1 year contract will also be completed on the above mentioned date.

Part of my responsibilities includes, Management of all missions for projects to which the DO’s stipulate and further duties related to them.
Responsible for the planning of convoy operations/movements, and that all threat warnings are forwarded to the PSD protecting the clients to ensure a detailed verbal brief is given, prior to there departure.

Communicates using a variety of voice and text base communications including cell phones, regional and global satellite communications, tactical military communications and UHF/VHF radios
Managing all physical security camp guards, there commanders and TCN supervisors assigned to safe guard the IRP compound.
Submits all reports such as SIR’s, mission briefs, tracking and audits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required.
Compile all information reports and carry out the duties of the Intel manager in his absence.
When necessary, takes the lead or assists in any other related projects

Act as the interface between Saipem and the Client. Maintain the lines of communications ensuring a constant flow of information between the two.
Carry out regular Liaison Visits to project on & offshore facilities.
Conducting and updating Risk Assessments and Security Audits of project facilities as appropriate. Assist and advise on 3rd party security audits.
Drafting and updating detailed Security Management Plans for all sites.
Drafting detailed reports for Client and for AGN internal distribution only.
Maintaining daily Personnel on Board (POB) lists for all on & offshore facilities
Coordinate project Journey Management procedures including verification of route selection and granting security approval for road, sea & air missions
Coordinate with Base Security Management on visitor access requests.
Conduct Security Inductions, Security Awareness & Continuation Training as and when required.
Drafting and distributing to key project personnel Daily Security Updates, Weekly Security Reports and Security Incident Reports.
